摘 要:为解决神木—朔州铁路K212+823.262—K213+456.526区段桥梁上跨既有线出现的复曲线问题,提高列车运行速度和平稳性,对天窗点内重载铁路32 m简支T形梁扭转横移施工技术进行了研究。首先对3种横向滑动面组合材料的摩擦因数进行了计算及试验,选取聚四氟乙烯-钢作为滑动面材料;然后采用PCL多点同步液压控制系统和多向顶推千斤顶实现单次顶推的扭转横移,同时采用横向、垂向位移传感器及梁体横向、纵向位移限位装置确保施工安全。采用该施工技术天窗点内顺行完成了32 m简支T形梁同步扭转横移作业,可为类似桥梁大修工程提供参考。In order to solve the compound curve problem of Shenmu-Shuozhou railway K212+823.262—K213+456.526 section crossing the existing railway,improve the train running speed and stability,the construction technology of 32 m simply supported T-girder torsion and transverse movement of heavy haul railway in maintenance time was studied.Firstly,the friction coefficients of three kinds of composite materials of transverse sliding surface were calculated and tested,and polytetrafluoroethylene-steel was selected as the sliding surface material.Then,PCL multipoint synchronous hydraulic control system and multi-directional jack were used to realize the single jacking torsional and transverse movement.At the same time,transverse and vertical displacement sensors and transverse and longitudinal displacement limiting devices of the girder were used to ensure the construction safety.The 32 m simply supported T-girder synchronous torsion and transverse movement is completed in the maintenance time by using this construction technology,which can provide reference for similar bridge overhaul projects.
