摘 要:针对传统的钢梁明桥面养护维修工作量大、不能满足重载铁路运输需求的问题,研制了新型铁路钢梁明桥面。除钢轨外,新型明桥面由复合材料桥枕及其配套扣件、复合材料护木和带专用垫块的钩螺栓、护轨扣件等组成,各项性能指标均优于既有桥面,且可以大幅减小养护维修工作量,减少对线路运营的影响。将新型明桥面应用于朔黄(朔州—黄骅港)铁路南运河特大桥上行线64m单线钢桁梁,并检测了使用前后主要构件的动应力、钢桁架梁动力性能、线路几何状态。结果表明,各项指标均满足现行铁路规范和标准的要求。In view of the problem that the traditional steel girder open deck maintenance workload is heavy and can not meet the needs of heavy haul railway transportation,a new type of railway steel girder open deck is developed.In addition to the rail,the new type open deck is composed of composite material bridge sleeper and its supporting fasteners,composite material guard timber,hook bolt with special cushion block,guard rail fastener,etc.Their all performance indexes are better than that of the existing deck,and can greatly reduce the maintenance workload and reduce the impact on the railway operation.The new type open deck is applied to the 64 m single track steel truss girder of the South Canal super large bridge of Shuozhou-Huanghuagang railway.The dynamic stress of main components,dynamic performance of steel truss girder and railway geometric state before and after use are tested.The results show that all indexes meet the requirements of current railway codes and standards.
