基于医院数据平台的事业部制手术管理模式探讨

摘　　要：手术管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,直接关系着外科系统运营效率、医疗质量与患者安全。事业部制的手术管理模式打破了以手术室为主的管理模式,建立集中决策和分块管理相结合的组织构架,搭建多部门沟通交流平台,在医院信息系统互联互通的基础上,利用大数据手段分析、追踪、评价、改进管理工作。实施后,显著提高了手术运行效率,规范了诊疗行为,进一步保障了患者安全。Surgical management is an important part of hospital management,which is closely related to the operation efficiency,medical quality and patient safety of surgical department.The divisional surgical management mode broke the operation room centered management mode,established the organizational frame that combined centralized decision-making and block management,and built up a multi-department communication platform.It used big data method to analyze,track,evaluate,and improve management on the basis of connection between hospital information systems.The implementation of the management mode significantly improved the operational efficiency of surgeries,regulated the diagnosis and treatment behavior,and further ensured patient safety.
