高职造纸专业“订单式”人才培养模式创新实践与探索--以四川永丰泸州浆纸有限公司订单人才培养为例

摘　　要：针对四川永丰泸州浆纸有限公司新建20万吨竹浆项目人才实际需求为导向,共同确定企业人才培养方向和目标;根据企业的工艺设计、工艺流程、设备和岗位设置双方共同制定了相关人才培养方案,课程体系和标准;共同编制了核心课程培训的理论教材和多媒体现场视频教材;经过理论培训,学员在四川永丰沐川浆纸有限公司现场顶岗实习培训,在顶岗实习期间采用"双导师制"培养模式;培养人才实现"零距离"上岗要求,满足了企业的实际需求,同时针对"订单式"人才培养模式进行了创新实践,主要创新体现在全周期和持续性跟进服务的模式。In view of the actual demand of the newly-built 200 000 ton bamboo pulp project of Sichuan Yongfeng Luzhou Pulp Paper Co.,Ltd.,we jointly determine the direction and goal of enterprise talent training;according to the process design,process flow,equipment and post setting,we have jointly formulated the relevant talent training plan,curriculum system and standard;we have jointly compiled the theoretical teaching material and multimedia field video teaching material for the core course training;after theoretical training,the students are trained in the field of Sichuan Yongfeng Muchuan Pulp Paper Co.,Ltd.,and adopt the "double tutors system" training mode during the internship period;The training of talents to achieve "zero distance" to meet the actual needs of enterprises,at the same time for the "order" talent training model for innovative practice,the main innovation reflected in the whole cycle and continuous follow-up service model.
