良附丸加味治疗寒性胃脘痛随机对照实验Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨良附丸加味治疗寒性胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法利用计算机检索Pubmed、EMbase、CNKI、维普期刊资源整合平台和万方医学网,纳入良附丸加味治疗寒性胃脘痛的临床随机对照实验,采用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析,考克蓝风险偏倚评估工具进行质量评价和风险评估。结果纳入文献17篇,其中治疗组863例,对照组838例,合并分析后χ^(2)=12.15,P=0.73>0.1,I 2=0%,纳入的文献无明显异质性;合并效应OR=5.57,95%的可信区间(CI)为[4.00,7.76],Z=10.14,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.00001)。结论良附丸加味治疗寒性胃脘痛总有效率较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Liangfu Pills on cold epigastric pain.Methods A computer search was made on Pubmed,EMbase,CNKI,Weipu Journal Resource Integration Platform,and Wanfang Medical Network.Some clinical randomized controlled experiments of modified Liangfu Pills in the treatment of cold epigastric pain were included in this study.RevMan 5.3 software was used for a meta-analysis of the included literature.The quality and risk of the included literature were evaluated by the risk bias assessment tool of Cochrane.Results A total of 17 articles were included in this research,including 863 cases in the treatment group and 838 cases in the control group.After a combined analysis,the result was as follows:χ^(2)=12.15,P=0.73>0.1,I 2=0%,showing no significant heterogeneity in the included literature.The combined effect was OR=5.57,and in 95%of the literature,the confidence interval(CI)was[4.00,7.76],Z=10.14,with an extremely statistically significant difference(P<0.000.01).Conclusion The total effective rate of modified Liangfu Pills in treating cold epigastric pain proves to be much higher.
