摘　　要：目的利用循证护理的方法进行脊柱脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者的护理。方法根据循证医学原则并结合病史构建循证问题,通过全面检索文献获得证据对32例脊柱脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者确定护理方案。结果32例脊柱脊髓损伤伴截瘫患者,仅2例合并原发病的患者出现合并症,其余患者护理取得了满意效果。结论应用循证医学方法,采用高质量的证据来指导和帮助解决临床实际护理问题,为患者提供最有效的护理,促进患者早日恢复。Objective To perform evidence-based nursing to patients with spinal cord injury and paraplegia.Methods Based on the principles of evidence-based medicine and combined with the medical history,the evidence-based questions were constructed,and the nursing plan was determined for 32 patients with spinal cord injury and paraplegia through a comprehensive literature search.Results Of the 32 patients with spinal cord injury and paraplegia,only 2 patients with primary disease developed complications,and the nursing of the rest patients achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion By applying evidence-based medicine,high-quality evidence is used to guide and assist in solving clinical practical nursing problems,to provide the most effective care for patients,and to promote early recovery of patients.
