中药功效发挥方向的控制因素分析

摘　　要：中医复方是由2味或2味以上药物组成,其功效通常不是各味中药功效的简单相加,而是在多方面因素影响下有机组合的整体。本文着眼于中药功效发挥的方向性和规律性,通过控制相关因素,达到将各具特性的群药组合成一个新的有机整体以提高临床疗效的目的,同时为方剂初学者提高思路参考,为临床处方遣药提供理论依据。本文将从药物的产地、炮制、配伍、剂量、剂型、煎服法6个方面,浅析控制中药功效发挥方向的因素。The traditional Chinese medicine compound is composed of two or more medicines,whose efficacy is not a simple addition of each Chinese medicine but the whole of the organic combination under the influence of various factors.This paper focuses on the direction and regularity of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and aims to combine the individual medicines into a new organic whole to improve the clinical efficacy by controlling related factors.At the same time,it can be used as a reference for beginners of prescriptions,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical prescription drug delivery.The factors that control the direction of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine will be analyzed from six aspects of the origin,processing,compatibility,dosage,dosage form,and decoction of the drug.
