摘  要:目的分析静息态功能磁共振下早发未用药精神分裂症患者脑内环路情况。方法选取2016年1月至2019年12月我院收治的30例早发未用药精神分裂症患者(精神分裂组)与同期30例正常体检者(正常体检组),均使用静息态功能磁共振进行扫描,采用低频振荡振幅ALFF方法分析,对比两组的脑内环路情况。结果精神分裂组脑部左侧颞下回、脑部右侧海马体、尾状核、丘脑ALFF值明显高于正常体检组(P <0.05)。精神分裂组后扣带回、顶下小叶ALFF值明显低于正常体检组(P <0.05)。结论静息态功能磁共振检测表明,早期精神分裂症的发病机制往往与患者的纹状体-丘脑-默认网络环路异常具有较大的关联性。Objective To analyze the brain circuits of patients with early-onset untreated schizophrenia under resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging.Methods 30 patients with early-onset untreated schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as schizophrenic group,and 30 people with normal physical examination at the same time were selected as normal physical examination group.Both groups were scanned by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging,and analyzed by low-frequency oscillation amplitude ALFF method.The brain circuits of the two groups were compared.Results The ALFF values of left inferior temporal gyrus,right hippocampus,caudate nucleus and thalamus in the schizophrenic group were significantly higher than those in the normal physical examination group(P<0.05).The ALFF values of posterior cingulate gyrus and inferior parietal lobule in the schizophrenic group were significantly lower than those in the normal physical examination group(P<0.05).Conclusions Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging shows that the pathogenesis of early schizophrenia is often associated with the abnormal striatal thalamus-default network loop.
