博罗县地区产检人群的地中海贫血筛查分析

摘　　要：目的分析博罗县地区产检人群的地中海贫血筛查情况。方法选取博罗县地区3 133例产检孕妇作为筛查对象,采集其血液样本,同时进行血常规和血红蛋白电泳筛查,记录血常规、血红蛋白电泳筛查结果,对比α地中海贫血、β地中海贫血血清学指标特点。结果 3 133例产检者中血常规地中海贫血阳性490例(15.64%);血红蛋白电泳筛查地中海贫血阳性480例(15.32%),其中疑似α地中海贫血369例、疑似β地中海贫血111例。α地中海贫血患者的血红蛋白A2 (HbA2)低于β地中海贫血患者(P <0.05)。结论博罗县地区产检人群地中海贫血检出率较高,应尽早进行产前地中海贫血筛查,HbA2在筛查工作中的应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the screening of thalassemia in people with prenatal examination in Boluo County.Methods 3133 pregnant women with prenatal examination in Boluo County were selected as screening subjects,and their blood samples were collected.The blood routine test and hemoglobin electrophoresis screening were performed at the same time,and the results of blood routine test and hemoglobin electrophoresis screening were recorded.The characteristics of serological indicators ofα-thalassemia andβ-thalassemia were compared.Results Among the 3133 people with prenatal examination,490 cases(15.64%)were thalassemia positive for routine blood test.480 cases(15.32%)were thalassemia positive for hemoglobin electrophoresis screening,of which 369 cases were suspected asα-thalassemia and 111 cases were suspected asβ-thalassemia.The hemoglobin A2(HbA2)of patients withα-thalassemia was lower than that of patients withβ-thalassemia(P<0.05).Conclusions The detection rate of thalassemia in people with prenatal examination in Boluo County is relatively high.Prenatal thalassemia screening should be carried out as early as possible,and HbA2 is of great value in screening work.
