青少年吸毒病人心理健康状况及相关影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析青少年吸毒病人的心理健康状况及相关影响因素。方法选取我院2017年1月至2018年5月期间收治的青少年吸毒病人100例,统计青少年吸毒病人心理健康状况不良发生情况,并对青少年吸毒病人心理健康的相关影响因素进行分析。结果 100例青少年吸毒病人中,心理健康状况不良58例,占比58.00%。心理健康状况不良者文化程度小学及以下、吸毒时间>3年、静脉注射吸毒占比明显高于心理健康状况良好者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,文化程度小学及以下、吸毒时间>3年、静脉注射吸毒是青少年吸毒病人心理健康状况不良的危险因素(OR>1, P <0.05)。结论文化程度低、吸毒时间长、静脉注射吸毒均是青少年吸毒病人心理健康状况的影响因素,故临床上针对该类病人应积极采取措施进行干预。Objective To analyze the psychological health status and the related influencing factors of adolescent drug addicts.Methods 100 adolescent drug addicts admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected,the bad psychological health status of adolescent drug addicts was counted,and the related influencing factors of psychological health status in adolescent drug addicts were analyzed.Results Among 100 adolescent drug addicts,58 cases had bad psychological health status,accounting for 58.00%.The proportion of education level with primary school and below,drug use time>3 years,and intravenous drug use in addicts with bad psychological health status were significantly higher than those with good psychological health status(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis results showed that the education level with primary school and below,drug use time>3 years,and intravenous drug use were the risk factors for bad psychological health status of adolescent drug addicts(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Low education level,long drug use time,and intravenous drug use are the influencing factors for psychological health status of adolescent drug addicts.Therefore,clinical measures should be taken actively to intervene such patients.
