摘 要:为了快速、简便检测贺州市矿区周边油菜中镉的含量,该试验对阻抑动力学分光光度法和催化动力学分光光度法进行比较,通过绘制2种方法的标准曲线,评价回归方程的相关系数、检出限、回收率和相对标准偏差,比较各自的准确度与精密度。结果表明:阻抑动力学分光光度法测定油菜中镉含量操作简单,检出限较低,准确度和精密度高,检出限为0.5μg·L^(-1),平均回收率在98.1%~102.5%之间;相对标准偏差小于3.0%,该法比较适合测定镉含量低的样品。贺州市矿区周边油菜中镉的含量在0.105~0.182 mg/kg之间,已超出国家限量标准。In order to detect cadmium content quickly and easily in rape surrounding the mining area in Hezhou,two kinetics spectrophotometric methods for determination of cadmium content in rape comparatively were studied,a standard curve for each method was established respectively,the detection limit of each detection methods was measured,each method of precision and accuracy was evaluated respectively,and two detection methods of regression equation coefficients,limit of detection,recovery and relative standard deviation were compared.The results showed that the inhibitory kinetie spetrophotometrie for determination of cadmium content in rape was simple,the lower limit of detection,accuracy and precision.The detection limit of this method was 0.5μg·L^(-1);The spiked recoveries were in the range of 98.1%-102.5%,with relative standard deviations less than 3.0%.The method was more suitable for the determination of the samples of low cadmium content.The cadmium content in rape were in the range of 0.105-0.182 mg/kg,and it was beyond the limited standards of the state.
