摘 要:员工绿色行为被证明对组织可持续发展计划的成功实施存在重要意义,但有关员工绿色行为影响机制的研究还不充分。除了个体对环境问题的态度、主观规范、感知的行为控制等因素外,领导者等组织因素同样影响了员工绿色行为的意向。本研究从组织文化的视角构建了环境领导力对员工绿色行为的内在影响机制模型,考察组织前因如何与个体情境相联系。本研究对来自石油行业的247名员工进行问卷调查,数据分析结果显示:(1)环境领导力正向影响了员工的绿色行为;(2)组织绿色文化正向影响了员工绿色行为;(3)组织绿色文化在环境领导力和员工绿色行为间起中介作用。Employees’green behavior is important to the success of an organization’s environmental management.However,the mechanisms of how to facilitate employees’green behavior is not clear.Individual attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior are key factors to affect employees’green behavior intention,beside those organizational factors such as leaders cannot be ignored.From the perspective of organizational culture,this study constructs the internal influence mechanism model of environmental leadership on employees’green behavior,and investigates how organizational antecedents relate to individual situations.In this study,247 employees from the oil industry were investigated by questionnaire,the results showed that:(1)Environmental leadership has a positive impact on employees’green behavior;(2)Organizational environmental culture has a positive impact on employees’green behavior;(3)Organizational environmental culture moderates the relationship between environmental leadership and employees’green behavior.
