创新战略与企业特征契合度对创新绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,是创新作为企业永续发展的核心动力。在信息经济时代,企业要想通过创新战略实现产品创新以获得竞争优势,必须不断追求创新绩效的优化。本研究采用SEM结构方程模型与多元回归分析,以成都市136家中小型风险企业作为样本,实证检验了创新战略与企业特征契合度对创新绩效的影响,得出以下结论:(1)创新战略与社会网络契合度越高,企业创新绩效越高;(2)创新战略与管理控制体系的契合度越高,创新绩效越高;(3)创新战略与创新文化之间的契合度越高,创新绩效越高。该研究结果对我国企业提升创新绩效、增强市场竞争力提供了有益参考。Innovation is the strategic support to improve social productivity and comprehensive national strength, and it is the core driving force for sustainable development of enterprises. In the information economy era, enterprises must constantly pursue the optimization of their innovation performance if they want to use the innovation strategy to achieve product innovation to gain competitive advantage. This study took 136 medium and small risk enterprises in Chengdu as the samples to empirically test the influence of the fit degree between innovation strategy and enterprise characteristics on innovation performance by using the SEM structural equation model and the multiple regression analysis. The following conclusions were drawn:(1) The higher the fit between innovation strategy and social network is, the higher the enterprise innovation performance will be;(2) The higher the fit between innovation strategy and management control system, the higher the innovation performance;(3) The higher the fit between innovation strategy and innovation culture, the higher the innovation performance. The results of this study provide a useful reference for Chinese enterprises to improve their innovation performance and enhance their core competitiveness.
