摘　　要：To the Editor:Collodion baby is a descriptive term for an extremely rare congenital condition characterized by the presence of parchment-like or cellophane-like membranes encompassing the whole body at birth.[1,2]The membrane usually peels off after several weeks,and the infant displays one of several ichthyosis skin types.Many complications,such as ectropion,eclabium,and restricted joint move-ments,are frequently seen in collodion babies due to the tight skin.
