摘　　要：目的采用Meta分析评价CD44基因rs13347位点多态性与亚洲人群乳腺癌易感性的相关性。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、PubMed及Embase等数据库,搜集国内外关于CD44基因rs13347位点多态性与亚洲人群乳腺癌易感性相关的病例-对照研究,检索时限均为建库至2018年12月31日。由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料,并通过纽卡斯尔-渥太华质量评估量表(NOS)评价纳入文献的质量,统一意见后,采用Stata 12.0软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入4篇病例-对照研究文献(NOS总评分≥6分),包括2612例乳腺癌患者,2774例对照(非乳腺癌)者。Meta分析结果显示:亚洲人群携带CD44基因rs13347位点多态性的CC基因型的乳腺癌发病风险降低[比值比(OR值)=0.73,95%置信区间(CI):0.55~0.97],携带CT基因型与乳腺癌发病风险无相关性(OR值=1.20,95%CI:0.94~1.53),携带TT基因型的乳腺癌发病风险增高(OR值=1.74,95%CI:1.42~2.13)。结论CD44基因rs13347位点多态性与亚洲人群乳腺癌发病风险相关。Objective To evaluate the correlation between polymorphisms in CD44 gene rs13347 and susceptibility of breast cancer(BC)in Asian population by meta-analysis.Methods The case-control studies about the correlation between polymorphisms in CD44 gene rs13347 and susceptibility of BC in Asian population were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP Chinese Sci-tech Journal Database,China Biology Medicine(CBM),Web of Science,Cochrane Library,PubMed and EMbase database etc.The retrieval time was from their establishment to December 31st,2018.Two researchers independently screened the literatures,extracted the data and evaluated the quality of the included literatures by Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS).After unified opinions,the meta-analysis of the included literatures was conducted by the Stata12.0 software.Results Finally,4 case-control research literatures(NOS total score≥6)were included,including 2612 BC cases and 2774 controls(non-breast cancer).The results of meta-analysis showed that,for Asian population,the onset risk of BC with CC genotype of polymorphisms in CD44 gene rs13347 reduced[odds ratio(OR)=0.73,95%confidence interval(CI)∶0.55 to 0.97],there was no statistical correlation between carrying CT genotype and the onset risk of BC(OR=1.20,95%CI∶0.94 to 1.53),and the onset risk of BC with TT genotype increased(OR=1.74,95%CI∶1.42 to 2.13).Conclusion Polymorphisms in CD44 gene rs13347 are correlated with the onset risk of BC in Asian population.
