病案号归档号双显法在病案管理中的应用

摘　　要：为了更好的适应病案管理工作,改变病案编号单一的形式,在传统病案号分派的基础上,每份病案根据患者入院顺序,增加一个由系统自动生成的序列号。与传统法比较,双显法有效地提高了病案库房储存空间利用率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。与单一编号法比较,双显法实现了病案归档零差错,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。双显法既有效避免单一编号存在的病案无序膨胀和二次归档的主要缺陷,又解决了系列编号存在的信息不完整的问题,保障患者就医的唯一性和连续性,达到有效提高工作效率和质量、减轻工作量、保护病案安全、促进医疗质量持续改进等目的。该方法是替代传统病案编号的一种较为理想的方法。In order to better adapt to management of medical record,the single form of medical record number is changed.On the basis of traditional medical record number assignment,a serial number automatically generated by the system is added to each medical record according to the order of admission of patients.Compared with the traditional method,the double-display method effectively improved the utilization rate of storage space in the medical record warehouse,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Compared with single numbering method,it achieved zero error in medical record filing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Dual-display method is effective to avoid a single number of the main defects of the medical record disorderly expansion and the second archiving,improve medical record storage warehouse space utilization,realize the medical record archiving zero error,and solved the problems of incomplete information series number,ensure the uniqueness of patients hospitalized and continuity,to effectively improve the work efficiency and quality,reduce workload,protect the security of the medical record,and promote medical quality continuous improvement,etc.It is an ideal alternative to traditional medical record numbering.
