摘　　要：单纯疱疹病毒1型(herpes simplex virus type 1,HSV-1)感染常引起口唇疱疹,但近年来其引发的生殖器疱疹越来越多,且与阿尔茨海默病等神经系统疾病的发生密切相关。阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是一种慢性进行性的中枢神经系统变性病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前也缺乏能够明确改善该疾病的药物。关于AD的HSV-1致病假说由来已久,但一直没有确切的证据证明两者之间的联系,本文将对HSV-1导致AD发病机制的研究进展进行简单综述。Herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1),as a pathogen usually leading to herpes labialis,has been found to cause more cases of genital herpes and be associated with the occurrence of neurological diseases such as Alzheimer′s disease(AD).AD is a chronic and progressive degenerative disease of the central nervous system,the pathogenesis of which has not been fully elucidated,and currently there is a lack of drugs that can effectively treat the disease.The hypothesis that HSV-1 infection is involved in the pathogenesis of AD has been discussed for a long time,but there is no definite evidence to prove it.This article briefly reviewed the research progress in the pathogenesis of AD caused by HSV-1.
