三阴型乳腺癌的临床病理特征及预后分析

摘　　要：目的探究三阴型乳腺癌的临床病理特征及预后。方法按照免疫组化将2011年3月~2015年7月接收的304例乳腺癌患者给予乳腺癌根治术,对照组(n=262)为非三阴型乳腺癌,研究组(n=42)为三阴型乳腺癌。比较两组患者的病理特征、无瘤生存和复发转移等。结果研究组发病年龄低于对照组,乳腺癌阳性家族史、乳腺癌分级分期、淋巴结转移阳性率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组瘤体直径、绝经状态、病理类型比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组复发转移率显著低于对照组,3年无瘤生存率显著高于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于非三阴型乳腺癌,三阴型乳腺癌的发病率更低,且女性患者更多,和家族史有密切的关系,复发率、致死率较高。Objective To explore the clinicopathological features and prognosis of three negative breast cancer.Methods According to immunohistochemistry,304 breast cancer patients received radical mastectomy in our hospital from March 2011 to July 2015.The control group(n=262)was non three negative breast cancer,and the study group(n=42)was three negative breast cancer.The pathological characteristics,tumor free survival,recurrence and metastasis of the two groups were compared.Results The age of onset in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the positive family history,classification and stage of breast cancer,the positive rate of lymph node metastasis and the long-term recurrence and metastasis rate were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P In the control group,the tumor-free survival rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with non three yin type breast cancer,the incidence rate of three yin type breast cancer is lower,and the number of female patients is more,which is closely related to family history,and the recurrence rate and mortality rate are higher.
