摘  要:主要介绍了在Creo中对某型号前悬挂进行运动机构建模,建立分析特征,设置分析参数,并利用Creo内置的机构应用程序进行运动学仿真和力平衡仿真,从仿真分析结果中得到了前悬挂在挂钩处及610 mm处的提升速比、提升力等数据。同时,根据相关公式对该悬挂进行了提升速比、3个特殊位置提升力的理论数据计算,最后将理论计算数据与仿真分析数据、曲线进行了对比分析,从而证明了运动学仿真、力平衡仿真方法的可靠性及准确性,为设计及研究前悬挂的工作者提供了一种快速有效的分析途径。The motion mechanism modeling of a certain type of front suspension in Cero is mainly introduced,and the analysis characteristics are established,and the analysis parameters are set up,and then the kinematics simulation and force balance simulation are carried out by using the built-in mechanism application program of Cero.The lifting speed ratio and lifting force of front suspension at the hook and 610 mm are obtained from the simulation results.At the same time,according to the relevant formula,the theoretical data of the lifting speed ratio and the lifting force at three special positions are obtained.Finally,the theoretical calculation data is compared with the simulation analysis data and curves.Thus,the reliability and accuracy of kinematics simulation and force balance simulation are proved,which provides a quick and effective analysis method for the design and research of front suspension.
