卡维地洛联合硬化剂预防食管静脉曲张再出血效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察卡维地洛联合硬化剂预防食管静脉曲张再出血的效果。方法:2016年1月-2018年1月收治肝硬化伴食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。试验组采用卡维地洛联合硬化剂注射治疗;对照组采用普萘洛尔联合硬化剂注射治疗。比较两组患者再出血发生率、不良反应发生率及用药依从性。结果:随访24个月,试验组再出血率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组用药依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡维地洛联合硬化剂注射治疗,可有效预防食管静脉曲张再出血的发生,且不良反应发生率低,患者依从性好。Objective:To observe the effect of carvedilol combined with sclerotherapy in preventing rebleeding of esophageal varices.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2018,120 cases of cirrhosis patients with esophageal varices bleeding were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with carvedilol combined with sclerotherapy.The control group was treated with propranolol combined with sclerotherapy.The incidence of rebleeding,adverse reactions and drug compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:After following-up of 24 months,the incidence of rebleeding in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was compared between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The drug compliance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carvedilol combined with sclerotherapy can effectively prevent rebleeding of esophageal varices,it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the drug compliance of patients is good.
