摘　　要：目的:分析姑息治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法:2017年4月-2019年4月收治晚期恶性肿瘤患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组使用姑息治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用姑息治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者的效果明显,可改善患者生活质量及心理状态。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of palliative treatment on advanced malignant tumors.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2019,80 cases of advanced malignant tumor patients were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment.The observation group applied palliative treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and quality of life scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Palliative treatment can improve the quality of life and mental state of patients with advanced malignant tumors,which can achieve significantly effect.
