摘　　要：2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒引发的疾病已成为全球突发公共卫生事件,同时对人民群众的生命健康和国家的经济发展构成严重威胁。深圳市光明区在全市率先实施“疫情期间保障企业复工健康服务计划”,组建万人医学指导和健康服务团队前往企业现场逐一指导,确保1.3万家企业100%顺利复工复产。社康中心作为主力,在具体实施中遇到各种实际困难。本文从工作机制、指导内容、社群管理等方面总结实践体会,提出思考及建议,旨在为规范健康指导服务,并为形成健康企业建设长效机制提供思路。Since December 2019,the disease which caused by the novel coronavirus has become a global public health emergency,meanwhile,it poses a serious threat to the health and lives of the people and the country's economic development.Guangming district of Shenzhen city took the lead in the implementation of the"Health service plan for ensuring the resumption of work in enterprises during the epidemic period",then organized a medical guidance and health service team of 10,000 people to go to the company site to guide one by one to ensure 100% of the 13,000 companies resume work and production smoothly.As the main force,the social health center encountered various practical difficulties in its implementation.This article summarizes the practical experience from the aspects of working mechanism,guidance content,community management,etc.,to provide ideas for standardizing health guidance services and forming a long-term mechanism for the construction of healthy enterprises.
