摘 要:近几年,我国对高层次人才的需求随着经济的不断发展而提高,尤其是医疗卫生事业的快速发展,使得高层次医学人才的竞争日益激烈。同时,卫生人力资源管理受经济全球化的影响,不仅进一步加剧了人才的竞争,也使得人才流动进一步加快,在一定程度上提高了服务性工作的挑战难度,导致卫生人力资源管理变革更加迫切。本文将对我国近几年卫生人力资源管理发展趋势及其对护理管理的启示作详细探析。In recent years,China's demand for high-level talents has been increasing with the continuous development of economy,in particular,the rapid development of medical and health services has made the competition for high level medical talents increasingly fierce.At the same time,human resource management for health is affected by economic globalization,which not only further intensifies the competition for talents,but also accelerates the flow of talents,to some extent,the challenge difficulty of service work has been raised,which makes the reform of human resource management for health more urgent.In this paper,the development trend of health human resources management in China in recent years and its enlightenment to nursing management are analyzed in detail.
