摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同维生素K_(3)添加水平对1~21日龄北京鸭生长性能、胫骨质量和血浆生化指标的影响。试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,设7个维生素K_(3)添加水平(0、0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、6.0和8.0 mg/kg)。选择448只1日龄健康雄性北京鸭随,机分为7个组,每组8个重复,每重复8只鸭。试验期为21 d。结果表明:1)不同维生素K_(3)添加水平对1~21日龄北京鸭平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比均未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。2)不同维生素K_(3)添加水平对21日龄北京鸭胫骨骨密度、骨矿盐含量和骨面积均未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。3)4.0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组血浆钙含量显著高于0、0.5、1.0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组(P<0.05)。0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组血浆磷含量显著低于0.5、2.0、4.0、6.0、8.0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组(P<0.05)。2.0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组血浆碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于0、0.5、1.0、8.0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组(P<0.05)。4)8.0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组血浆维生素K缺乏或拮抗剂Ⅱ诱导蛋白(PIVKA-Ⅱ)含量显著低于0、0.5、1.0、2.0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组(P<0.05)。0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组血浆骨钙素和羧化不全骨钙素含量显著高于0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0、6.0、8.0 mg/kg维生素K_(3)添加水平组(P<0.05)。综合本试验结果,饲粮中添加维生素K_(3)可能通过参与羧化影响凝血酶原前体蛋白PIVKA-Ⅱ、骨钙素等维生素K依赖蛋白的调控,进而影响机体的血凝功能和骨代谢。综合血浆磷和羧化不全骨钙素含量,1~21日龄北京鸭饲粮维生素K_(3)适宜添加水平为0.5 mg/kg。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different vitamin K_(3)supplemental levels on growth performance,tibial bone quality and plasma biochemical indices of Pekin ducks during 1 to 21 days of age.The experiment using a one-factor completely randomize design with 7 vitamin K_(3)supplemental levels(0,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,6.0 and 8.0 mg/kg).A total of 448 one-day-old male Pekin ducks were randomly divided into 7 groups with 8 replicates per group and 8 birds per replicate.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)different vitamin K_(3)supplemental levels had no significant effects on the average daily gain,average daily feed intake and ratio of feed to gain of Pekin ducks during 1 to 21 days of age(P>0.05).2)Different vitamin K_(3)supplemental levels had no significant effects on the bone mineral density,bone mineral content and bone area of tibial bone of Pekin ducks at 21 days of age(P>0.05).3)The plasma calcium content of 4.0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level group were significantly higher than that of 0,0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level groups(P<0.05).The plasma phosphorus content of 0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level group was significantly lower than that of the 0.5,2.0,4.0,6.0 and 8.0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level groups(P<0.05).The plasma alkaline phosphatase activity of 2.0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level group was significantly higher than that of 0,0.5,1.0 and 8.0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level groups(P<0.05).4)The plasma protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ)content of 8.0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level group was significantly lower than that of 0,0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level groups(P<0.05).The contents of osteocalcin and undercarboxylated osteocalcin in plasma of 0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental group were significantly higher than those of 0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0,6.0 and 8.0 mg/kg vitamin K_(3)supplemental level groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary vitamin K_(3)mi
