摘 要:本试验旨在用体外法评价不同添加水平微生物发酵饲料对奶牛瘤胃发酵功能的影响,确定其适宜添加水平,并在此基础上研究微生物发酵饲料对饲粮营养物质体外消化率的影响。采用体外发酵试验,培养底物的精粗比为5∶5,微生物发酵饲料添加水平分别为0(对照组)、3%、5%、7%、9%。结果表明:1)7%组的产气量及总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、氨态氮(NH 3-N)、菌体蛋白(BCP)浓度平均值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),微生物发酵饲料适宜添加水平为7%。2)添加7%微生物发酵饲料提高了饲粮干物质体外消化率(IVDMD)、粗蛋白质体外消化率(IVCPD)、中性洗涤纤维体外消化率(IVNDFD)、酸性洗涤纤维体外消化率(IVADFD),分别比对照组提高0.80%、1.43%、3.76%、1.98%(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加7%微生物发酵饲料可促进瘤胃发酵功能,提高饲粮营养物质体外消化率。This experiment was conducted to study effects of different supplemental levels of microbial fermentation feed on rumen fermentation function of dairy cows using an in vitro method,to determine the optimum supplemental level.On this basis,we further discussed the effects of microbial fermentation feed on nutrient in vitro digestibilities of diets.The experiment used an in vitro fermentation method,the concentrate-to-forage ratio of culture substrate was 5∶5,and the microbial fermentation feed supplemental levels were 0(control group),3%,5%,7%and 9%,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)the gas production and mean concentrations of total volatile fatty acid(TVFA),acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid,ammonia nitrogen(NH 3-N),bacterial protein(BCP)of 7%group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the optimum supplemental level of microbial fermentation feed was 7%.2)Adding 7%microbial fermentation feed increased the in vitro dry matter digestibility(IVDMD),in vitro crude protein digestibility(IVCPD),in vitro neutral detergent fiber digestibility(IVNDFD)and in vitro acid detergent fiber digestibility(IVADFD),compared with the control group increased by 0.80%,1.43%,3.76%and 1.98%,respectively.In conclusion,dietary 7%microbial fermentation feed can promote the rumen fermentation function,improve the nutrient in vitro digestibilities of diets.
