摘 要:以重要储粮害虫米象为研究对象,起始虫口密度分别为0、3头/kg、5头/kg,详细研究了储粮环境中米象发生与CO2浓度变化的关系。研究结果表明:在感染米象的、具有不同水分含量的玉米储藏环境中,CO2浓度随着处理时间的延长而显著上升。储粮中由于米象发生所引起的CO2浓度变化在虫口密度较小时并不显著,当虫害发生比较严重时粮堆的温度变化更为显著。通过测量密闭仓房内CO2含量的变化即可在一定程度上预测虫害的发生。In this paper,the important stored-grain pest Sitophilus oryzae was taken as the research object,and the initial population density was 0,3 and 5/kg respectively.The relationship between Sitophilus oryzae occurrence and carbon dioxide gas concentration change in stored-grain environment was studied in detail.The results of the study showed that in the corn storage environment with different water contents infected with Sitophilus oryzae,the carbon dioxide gas concentration increased significantly with the extension of the treatment time.The change of carbon dioxide gas concentration caused by pest occurrence in stored-grain is not significant when the population density of pest is small,and the temperature change of grain pile is more significant when the pest occurrence is serious.The occurrence of insect pests can be predicted to a certain extent by measuring the change of CO2 content in the closed warehouse.
