摘 要:浇注包晶钢时,结晶器液面经常出现周期性剧烈波动的现象,影响了产品质量,增加了事故风险。从结晶器液面波动的产生机理入手,分析了包晶钢结晶器液面周期性波动的原因。认为包晶钢的不均匀凝固以及季节性的二冷冷却效率降低是造成结晶器液面周期性波动的主要原因。通过优化钢水成分控制目标,降低结晶器冷却水流量,选用高结晶性保护渣,加大二冷水流量,升级设备和加强设备管理,结晶器液面波动小于±5 mm和+3 mm的合格率分别达到99.56%和98.20%,生产的铸坯无表面质量缺陷。When pouring the peritectic steel,the mold liquid level often fluctuates violently,which affects the product quality and increases the risk of accidents.Based on the mechanism of mould liquid level fluctuation,the reason of periodic fluctuation of peritectic steel mould liquid level was analyzed.It is considered that the uneven solidification of peritectic steel and the seasonal decreasing of secondary cooling efficiency are the main reasons.By optimizing the control target of molten steel composition,reducing the cooling water flow rate of mold,selecting high crystallinity mold flux,increasing the flow rate of secondary cooling water,upgrading equipment and strengthening equipment management,the qualified rate of mold liquid level fluctuation less than±5 mm and+3 mm can reach 99.56%and 98.20%respectively,and the slab has no surface quality defects.
