摘　　要：基于国家的需求、学生的诉求、当下的困境等社会背景和课程开设情况、国内外研究现状,《档案保护技术学》进行教学改革非常必要。教学改革可以通过实践教学方法改进与学生应用能力培养两个方面来实现,需要在授课人员、授课方式、授课效果评价等方面有所突破和创新。其中涉及较多山东大学档案学专业的具体经验,希望能够为其他高校提供借鉴。Based on the national demand,the students'demand,the present predicament and other social background,the course offering situation and the present research situation at home and abroad,it is necessary to carry out the teaching reform of archives protection technology.The reform of teaching can be realized through the improvement of practical teaching methods and the cultivation of students'application ability.It needs some breakthroughs and innovations in teaching staff,teaching methods and evaluation of teaching effect.This paper involves the specific experience of the major of Shandong University,which I hope can be used for reference by other universities.
