摘　　要：目的:研究TMEM119在正常及乳腺良恶性肿瘤组织中的表达差异,探讨其在乳腺上皮肿瘤鉴别诊断及恶性肿瘤中的临床及预后价值。方法:利用cBioPortal下载TCGA乳腺癌基因表达谱资料及临床相关资料。免疫组化分析TMEM119在肿瘤组织及正常组织中的表达差异;进一步探讨TMEM119的表达差异与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征的相关性及其对预后的影响。结果:乳腺癌组织中的TMEM119表达明显高于配对的正常组织及良性肿瘤(P<0.01),TMEM119表达与肿瘤组织的淋巴结转移、远处转移、病理分期及预后相关(P<0.05)。结论:TMEM119可为良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断、预测乳腺癌转移及判断预后的有效分子标记物,是影响患者预后的不良因素之一。Objective:To explore the expression difference of TMEM119 in normal breast tissue,breast benign and malignant tumor tissues,and its clinical and prognostic value in differential diagnosis of breast epithelial tumors and malignant tumors.Methods:TCGA breast cancer gene expression profile data and clinical data was download by cBioPortal.Immunohistochemical analysis of TMEM119 expression in tumor tissues and normal tissues.Further explore the relationship between the expression differences of TMEM119 and the clinicopathological characteristics in breast cancer patients and its influence on prognosis.Results:The expression of TMEM119 in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than the matched normal tissues and benign tumors(P<0.01).The expression of TMEM119 was associated with the lymph nodes,the higher stage and poor prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:TMEM119 could be an effective biomarker for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,predicting metastasis and prognosis.
