摘 要:目的:探讨微视频在肺癌术后患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:以100例接受单孔胸腔镜肺癌根治手术患者为研究对象,采用方便抽样法,按照入院时间分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规的PPT及纸质版的健康教育模式。观察组应用动画微视频的健康教育模式。比较两组的术后康复过程及不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组术后带管时间、非计划拔管率、术后出院时间及肺不张的发生率均低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后生活质量评分明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:微视频的健康教育模式,对提高肺癌术后患者的生活质量及缩短术后康复的时间具有明显改善意义,可以达到促进肺癌术后患者快速康复这一重要临床目标。Objective:To explore the application of health education with micro-video in postoperative patients with lung cancer.Methods:100 patients with lung cancer underwent uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery were assigned into two groups with convenient sampling method according to admission time for the control group and the experimental group.Patients were treated with conventional PPT and paper version of preoperative and postoperative health education models in the control group.Patients were treated with health education model which combined animated micro-video with simulation experiments in the test group.The postoperative rehabilitation process and adverse events were compared between the patients in two groups.Results:The duration of postoperative chest tube drainage,unplanned extubation rate,postoperative discharge time and occurrence of atelectasis were lower in the test group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative quality of life score of the patient in test group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The micro-video in the health education model improved the quality of life of postoperative patients with lung cancer and shorten the time of postoperative rehabilitation,which achieved the important clinical goal of promoting enhanced recovery after surgery in patients with lung cancer.
