摘  要:恶性胶质瘤是中枢神经系统常见的肿瘤之一,恶性度高、难以安全切除,即使进行手术联合放化疗的综合治疗,仍有90%患者复发。目前胶质瘤的发病机制仍不明确。其在早期诊断以及长期有效的治疗上仍然面临着严峻的挑战。近年来非编码RNA备受关注。环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)的发现,极大地补充了传统基因表达理论。circRNA的表达高,表达呈时空特异性及物种间保守性,其参与了多种肿瘤的发生,调控肿瘤发展。因此,本文就circRNA在胶质瘤中的表达、诊断、预后价值以及发生发展过程中的作用展开综述,以期为胶质瘤的早期诊治寻找新的靶点。Malignant glioma is one of the most common tumors in central nervous system.It is difficult to be safely removed due to the high malignancy.90%of the patients will still relapse even undergo the comprehensive treatment of surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.At present,the pathogenesis of glioma is still unclear.Severe challenges still exist in early stage diagnosis and long-term treatment.Recently,more and more attention has been paid to noncoding RNA.The discovery of circular RNA(circRNA)greatly complements the traditional gene expression theory.The expression of circRNA is high,spatiotemporal specific and species conservative.It participates in the occurrence of many kinds of tumors and regulates the development of tumors.Therefore,this article reviews the expression,diagnosis,prognostic value and development mechanism of circRNA in gliomas in order to find new targets for early diagnosis and treatment of gliomas.
