摘　　要：目的探讨不宁腿综合征(RLS)患者合并焦虑的电生理标记物。方法选择原发性RLS患者58例,进行RLS问卷调查和多导睡眠图(PSG)检查,采用贝克焦虑量表(BAI)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估焦虑情绪。采用Spearman或pearson相关分析焦虑程度和PSG电生理指标的相关程度。结果在睡眠结构中,HAMA和BAI总分与N2占总睡眠时间的比例呈负相关(r分别=-0.26、-0.26,P均<0.05),HAMA和BAI总分与N3占总睡眠时间的比例呈正相关(r分别=0.31、0.36,P均<0.05)。在睡眠期肢体运动情况监测中,HAMA和BAI评分均与睡眠周期性腿动次数(PLMS)、PLMS指数、睡眠N2期腿动次数、睡眠N1期腿动指数、睡眠N2期腿动指数呈正相关(r分别=0.30、0.27、0.31、0.38、0.40;0.31、0.29、0.35、0.38、0.37,P均<0.05)。结论RLS患者合并焦虑程度与睡眠结构紊乱和睡眠中腿动事件可能相关,提示这些指标可能是RLS相关焦虑的电生理指标。Objective To investigate the electrophysiological markers of restless legs syndrome(RLS)with anxiety.Methods Fifty-eight patients with primary RLS were selected for RLS questionnaire survey and polysomnography(PSG)examination.Beck anxiety inventory(BAI)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate the anxiety.Spearman or pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between anxiety level and PSG electrophysiological indexes.Results The correlation analysis showed that in sleep structure,HAMA and BAI score were negatively correlated with the proportion of N2 in total sleep time(r=-0.26,-0.26,P<0.05),while positively correlated with N3 accounted for the proportion of the total sleep time(r=0.31,0.36,P<0.05).In the limb movement monitoring during the period of sleep,HAMA and BAI were positively correlated with PLMS,PLMS index,number of the leg movements during N2 in sleep,the leg movements index during N1 in sleep and the leg movements index during N2 in sleep(r=0.30,0.27,0.31,0.38,0.40;0.31,0.29,0.35,0.38,0.37,P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of anxiety in patients with RLS may be related to sleep structure disorder and leg movement events during sleep.It suggests that these indicators may be electrophysiological indicators of RLS related anxiety.
