高校非学历继续教育服务粤港澳大湾区建设的思考

摘　　要：教育与区域社会发展息息相关。作为终身教育的重要组成部分、高校服务社会的重要窗口,高校非学历继续教育应紧跟区域社会发展,主动作为。文章分析了粤港澳大湾区高校非学历继续教育发展现状、面临的困境与机遇,提出要明确服务粤港澳大湾区发展的重点领域,构建体现高校自身优势的符合大湾区发展的非学历继续教育课程体系,组建依靠自身专业学院、行业院校、行业企业培训名师的师资队伍,打造紧贴湾区市场、产教融合、注重品牌的非学历继续教育项目实施路径。Education is closely related to regional social development.As an important part of lifelong education and an important window for colleges and universities to serve the society non-academic continuing education in colleges and universities should keep up with regional social development and take the initiative.This paper analyzes the present situation,opportunities and difficulties of the non-academic continue education development in the colleges in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and puts forward the key field of development that should be served in the area.It also proposes to build the curriculum system on the basis of the advantages of colleges and universities,set up a team of teachers based on its own professional school,industry colleges,and enterprises,find the way for non-academic continuing education projects that are closely related to the market,integrating education and industry,and valuing the brand.
