摘　　要：通过学习行业领先的运维理念和技术,从技术,工具和流程三方面对当前的运维工作进行完善,利用有限的预算和人力资源对天津中医药大学的"一带一路"中医药远程教学平台进行容器化改造,实现更为高效的版本迭代,资源伸缩和故障恢复能力,有效提高运维效率;利用开源工具设计并部署容器监控平台,实现对业务系统运行状况的全面掌握;以及部署ITSM平台,及时响应用户请求,提高IT服务工作在高校教职工中的满意度。By study of industry-leading operation and maintenance concepts and technologies,the current operation and maintenance work is improved from the three aspects of technology,tools and processes.With limited budget and human resources,the"One Belt One Road"Chinese Medicine Online Education platform of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is performed containerization transformation to achieve more efficient version iteration,resource expansion and failure recovery capabilities,and improve operation and maintenance effectively;using open source tools to design and deploy a container monitoring platform to achieve a comprehensive master of the operating status of systems;And introduce an ITSM platform,respond to user requests in a timely manner,and improve the satisfaction of IT service work among college faculty.
