高校体育专业学生开展反兴奋剂教育对策研究

摘　　要：在反兴奋剂斗争中,反兴奋剂教育发挥着重要的基础作用,我国历来高度重视反兴奋剂教育,青少年反兴奋剂教育是我国反兴奋剂教育的组成部分,也是我国反兴奋剂教育的基石。高校体育专业学生是未来的体育教育工作者或体育相关行业工作者,他们对兴奋剂的认识和态度将直接影响着青少年对兴奋剂的态度,加强高校体育专业学生反兴奋剂教育是实现青少年反兴奋剂教育的重要手段和途径。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查和逻辑分析等方法,对兴奋剂进行相关探讨,归纳出兴奋剂的危害,研究高校体育专业学生对兴奋剂认知现状和态度,总结出高校体育专业开展反兴奋剂教育的重要意义,提出反兴奋剂教育的合理化建议和对策,推动高校体育专业学生对反兴奋剂知识的掌握,达到自觉抵制兴奋剂并传播反兴奋剂教育的目的。China has always valued the importance of anti-doping.In the constant battle against the usage of doping substances,education plays a fundamental and crucial role.Anti-doping education for teenagers has become the cornerstone and an integral part of the overall education for anti-doping in China.College students majoring in physical education will most likely to have career in either physical education or sporting industries,therefore,their understanding and perspective will directly impact future students or young athletes.Strengthening the anti-doping education of college students majoring in physical education is an important means to realize the anti-doping education of teenagers.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and logical analysis,this paper discusses the harm of doping,studies the cognitive status and attitude of college students majoring in physical education on doping,sums up the significance of anti-doping education in college students majoring in physical education,and puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for anti-doping education,so as to promote college students majoring in physical education to master the knowledge of anti-doping,and reach the goal of consciously resist doping and spread anti-doping education.
