浅析高中体育课运动负荷能力的培养

摘  要:国内外体育专家、专业教练、保健专家及体育教学者都普遍重视各项运动负荷。运动负荷小,高中生的身体就不能在刺激下引起肌体的效能反应;运动负荷过大,就会“过劳则伤”,损害高中生的身心健康。高中体育教师在体育教学中怎样才能判断学生的运动负荷是否合理,帮助学生结合不同运动项目有张有弛地调控运动负荷,帮助学生提高运动成绩的同时感受到快乐与进步,是该文所探讨的问题。At home and abroad,sports experts,professional coaches,health care experts and physical education teachers generally attach importance to the exercise load.If the exercise load is small,the body of high school students can't cause the body's efficiency response under stimulation.If the exercise load is too large,it will damage the physical and mental health of high school students.How can senior high school physical education teachers judge whether the students'exercise load is reasonable,help students adjust the exercise load according to different sports events,and help students improve their performance and feel happy and progress at the same time.
