摘　　要：新时代背景下,我国要实现体育大国向体育强国的转型,运动员的发展是主体。某些运动项目后备人才短缺导致运动项目发展不均衡的现象突出,后备人才储备是体育运动项目发展的核心要素,除正常的定项选材与训练外,跨项选材会为新时代体育发展提供帮助。青少年时期的跨项选材对运动员未来的发展提供了更多的选择,并且增加了各项目的后备人才储备。该文以“跨项选材”的角度对我国青少年运动员的发展展开探讨。Under the background of the new era,China should realize the transformation from a sports power to a sports power,the development of athletes is the main body,and the shortage of reserve talents in some sports events leads to the unbalanced development of sports events.Reserve talents are the core elements of the development of sports events,in addition to the directional selection and training.Talents transfer will help the development of sports in the new era.The cross event selection in adolescence provides more choices for the future development of young talents,and increases the reserve of talents for each event.This paper discusses the development of Chinese young athletes from the perspective of cross event selection.
