篮球运动中团队凝聚力的因素分析

摘　　要：如今的高水平篮球比赛中,球队之间的竞争除去最基本的技战术与身心素质外,还包括一些软实力的竞争,如球队的团队凝聚力。球队获得的成绩受到球队凝聚力的直接影响,高凝聚力的篮球团队在比赛中常常能收获比预期高出多倍的成果。如何正确地认知和干预团队凝聚力是每个篮球团队需要深入探索的问题,该文运用文献资料法与逻辑分析法探索篮球团队凝聚力产生的途径。In today's high-level basketball games,the competition between teams,apart from the most basic technical and tactical and physical and mental qualities,also includes some soft power competition,such as team cohesion.The team's achievement is directly affected by the team's cohesion,and the highly cohesive basketball team can often gain more than expected results in the game.How to correctly recognize and interfere with team cohesion is a problem that every basketball team needs to explore deeply.This paper uses the method of literature and logical analysis to explore the way of basketball team cohesion.
