摘  要:培养智慧型教师已经成为新时代的迫切需要,教学机智是教师智慧在教学工作中的具体体现。该文针对中小学体育教师形成教学机智的路径问题进行了分析。研究认为,中小学可以通过以下5种途径提高教学机智:(1)培养教育情感:积极体验教师职业幸福感。(2)在教学实践中提高教学机智。(3)体会学生情感:教师应用心聆听学生内心的呼唤。(4)准确把握教育时机:教师要及时回应。(5)坚持不断进行教学反思,创造性地化解矛盾。Cultivating smart teachers has become an urgent need in the new era,and teaching tact is a concrete manifestation of teacher wisdom in teaching.This article analyzes the path of the formation of teaching tact for primary and middle school physical education teachers.The study indicates that primary and secondary schools can improve teaching tact in the following five ways:(1)Cultivating teachers'educational emotions:positive experience of teachers'profession.(2)Improving teaching tact in teaching practice;(3)Understanding the feelings of students:the teachers should listen carefully to the students'hearts.(4)Accurately grasping the timing of education:teachers should respond in a timely manner.(5)Insisting on continuous teaching reflection and creatively resolve conflicts.
