摘 要:目的研究探讨内镜下黏膜切除术与高频电切术治疗消化道息肉的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2020年5月泗阳县中医院收治的200例患者,根据不同治疗手段分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组行内镜下黏膜切除治疗,对照组行高频电切术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效、手术指标及并发症。结果观察组总有效率为99.00%高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项手术指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症为3.00%,对照组为10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消化道息肉患者进行内镜下黏膜切除术治疗,效果较好,可以减少并发症出现,且该方法操作起来相对简单方便,值得在今后的治疗中推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection and high-frequency electroresection in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods A total of 200 patients admitted to Siyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection,while the control group was treated with high-frequency electroresection.The total effective treatment,surgical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 99.00%higher than that of the control group 82.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group’s various surgical indexes were better than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group’s complications were 3.00%,the control group was 10.00%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection for patients with digestive tract polyps is effective and can reduce complications.This method is relatively simple and convenient to operate,and is worthy of promotion in the future treatment.
