小剂量喹硫平联合阿立哌唑治疗老年期首发精神分裂症的有效性和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究老年期首发精神分裂症联合采用小剂量喹硫平与阿立哌唑治疗的效果。方法:选择2019年3月-2020年4月笔者所在医院收治的84例老年期首发精神分裂症患者,根据随机数表法分成常规组和试验组,各42例。常规组给予阿立哌唑治疗,试验组在常规组基础上给予小剂量喹硫平治疗。比较两组治疗效果、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分和不良反应。结果:试验组治疗总有效率(95.24%)高于常规组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.087,P<0.05);治疗后试验组PANSS评分为(48.52±6.74)分,低于常规组的(57.95±6.70)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.431,P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为23.81%,常规组为19.05%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.283,P>0.05)。结论:老年期首发精神分裂症患者采用小剂量喹硫平与阿立哌唑联合治疗效果确切,副作用少,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of low-dose Quetiapine and Aripiprazole in treatment of senile first-episode schizophrenia.Method:From March 2019 to April 2020,84 elderly patients with first-episode schizophrenia in our hospital were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group,42 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Aripiprazole,and the experimental group was treated with Quetiapine on the basis of the conventional group.The treatment effect,positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the experimental group(95.24%)was higher than that in the conventional group(80.95%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.087,P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score in the experimental group was(48.52±6.74)points,which was lower than(57.95±6.70)points in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.431,P<0.05).The incidence of ADR in the experimental group was 23.81%,and that in the conventional group was 19.05%,there was no statistically significant difference(χ~2=0.283,P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose Quetiapine combined with Aripiprazole in treatment of elderly patients with first-episode schizophrenia has definite effect and few side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
