摘  要:目的:探讨叉头转录因子(Foxm1)蛋白、人血管生成素样蛋白(ANGPTL4)、蛋白激酶2β(CK2β)表达水平的变化与宫颈鳞癌发生、发展的相关性。方法:选取2011年01月至2015年01月本院妇科收集的宫颈鳞癌组织标本240例及正常宫颈组织标本80例为研究对象,分别作为宫颈鳞癌组和对照组。采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Foxm1、ANGPTL4、CK2β蛋白表达情况,分析两组Foxm1、ANGPTL4、CK2β蛋白表达差异,及三者与宫颈鳞癌临床特征和预后的关系。结果:宫颈癌组Foxm1、ANGPTL4、CK2β蛋白表达阳性率及三者共同阳性表达率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Foxm1蛋白阳性表达与肌层浸润、FIGO分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05),ANGPTL4蛋白阳性表达与脉管浸润明显相关(P<0.05),CK2β蛋白阳性表达与FIGO分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05);三者共同阳性表达者5年生存率低于单独的Foxm1、ANGPTL4、CK2β蛋白阳性表达者。Foxm1、CK2β阳性表达与阴性表达的Kaplan Meier生存曲线有明显差异(P<0.05);Foxm1阳性表达、CK2β阳性表达是影响宫颈鳞癌患者预后的独立危险因素。结论:Foxm1、ANGPTL4和CK2β蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中均表达上调,其中Foxm1和CK2β蛋白阳性表达可明显影响患者预后,且Foxm1、ANGPTL4和CK2β蛋白在促进宫颈鳞癌发生方面可能存在协同作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of changes in the expression levels of fork transcription factor(Foxm1) protein,human angiopoietin-like 4 protein(ANGPTL4) and protein kinase CK2β(CK2β) on the occurrence and development of cervical squamous carcinoma.Methods:240 specimens of cervical squamous carcinoma tissues and 80 specimens of normal cervical tissues collected from the gynecology department of the hospital from January 2011 to January 2015 were selected.They were included in the cervical cancer group and the control group,respectively.The protein expression of Foxm1,ANGPTL4 and CK2β was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The differences in the protein expression of Foxm1,ANGPTL4 and CK2β in the two groups were analyzed.The relationship of the three with clinical features and prognosis of cervical squamous carcinoma was analyzed.Results:The positive protein expression rates of Foxm1,ANGPTL4 and CK2β and the common positive expression rate of the three in cervical cancer group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive protein expression of Foxm1 was obviously related to myometrial invasion,FIGO stage,differentiation degree and lympho node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression of ANGPTL4 protein was obviously related to vascular invasion(P<0.05).The positive expression of CK2β protein was obviously related to FIGO stage,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of patients with the common positive expression of the three was lower than that of patients with the the positive expression of either of Foxm1,ANGPTL4 and CK2β.There were significant differences in Kaplan Meier survival curves between positive expression and negative expression of Foxm1 and CK2β(P<0.05).The positive expressions of Foxm1 and CK2β were independent risk factors affecting prognosis of cervical squamous carcinoma.Conclusion:Foxm1,ANGPTL4 and CK2β proteins are up-regulated in cervical squamous carcinoma tissues.The positive expressions of Foxm1 and CK2�
