摘　　要：目的:探究小切口白内障手法碎核摘除术治疗白内障的临床实际效果。方法:选取2015年4月-2018年4月收治的白内障患者779例(973只眼)为研究对象,随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组(给予小切口白内障手法碎核摘除术治疗)390例(487眼),对照组(给予超声乳化白内障摘除术进行治疗)389例(486眼)。对两组治疗前后的视力、散光、眼压和并发症发生情况进行观察和比较。结果:术后3个月时,研究组患眼视力为(0.75±0.15)D,明显好于对照组的(0.67±0.19)D,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患眼治疗后的总并发症发生率为4.52%,明显低于对照组的17.28%,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用小切口白内障手法碎核摘除术治疗白内障,能够改善患者视力,提升临床疗效,降低术后并发症风险。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction with manual nuclear fragmentation in the treatment of cataract.Method:From April 2015 to April 2018,779 cases(973 eyes)of cataract patients treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,390 cases(487 eyes)in the study group(given small incision cataract extraction with manual nuclear fragmentation)and 389 cases(486 eyes)in the control group(treated with phacoemulsification).The visual acuity,astigmatism,intraocular pressure and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:At 3 months after operation,the visual acuity of eyes in the study group was(0.75±0.15)D,significantly better than(0.67±0.19)D of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of eyes in the study group was 4.52%,significantly lower than 17.28%of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision cataract extraction with manual nuclear fragmentation for cataract can improve the visual acuity,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
