镍钛锉waveone结合一次法在乳牙根尖周病中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究镍钛锉waveone结合一次法在乳牙根尖周病中的效果。方法:选择2017年3月-2019年3月在笔者所在医院就诊的126例慢性根尖周炎患儿作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分成对照组63例、试验组63例。对照组使用采用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,试验组采用waveone根管锉进行根管预备。两组一次完成根管预备、根管充填、窝洞充填。观察两组治疗效果及疼痛程度,并对其进行统计和分析。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为98.41%,高于对照组的84.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术中及术后24 h疼痛程度评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳牙根尖周病的治疗中,可选择镍钛锉waveone联合一次法根管治疗方案,不仅具有较好的治疗效果,同时还减轻了患儿治疗时的痛苦,值得推广使用。Objective:To study the effect of nickel-titanium file waveone combined with one-time method in treatment of periapical disease of deciduous teeth.Method:A total of 126 children with chronic periapical periodontitis treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group(63 cases)and the experimental group(63 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with stainless steel K file for root canal preparation,while the experimental group was treated with waveone root canal file for root canal preparation.The two groups completed root canal preparation,root canal filling and cavity filling at one time.The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate in the experimental group was 98.41%,which was higher than 84.12%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of intraoperative and 24 h postoperative pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nickel-titanium file waveone combined with one-time root canal method is effective in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous molars,which can effectively reduce the operation time and improve the clinical symptoms.
