摘 要:试验旨在评价白屈菜碱对固始鸡育雏期生长性能、免疫性能及血清抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用200只健康1日龄固始鸡雏鸡,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复25只。空白组饲喂基础粮;白屈菜碱组在基础日粮中按100 mg/kg添加白屈菜碱,试验28 d。在14 d和28 d翅静脉采血测定血清生化指标。结果表明:(1)整个试验阶段,白屈菜碱组料重比显著低于空白组(P<0.05)。(2)整个试验阶段,白屈菜碱组法氏囊、胸腺、脾脏指数高于空白组,变化趋势稳定。(3)14 d及28 d白屈菜碱组血清IL-2含量显著性高于空白组(P<0.05),两个组血清IFN-γ含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(4)14 d和28 d白屈菜碱组血清T-AOC含量显著高于空白组(P<0.05)。综上所述,白屈菜碱对育雏期固始鸡的生长性能、免疫和血清抗氧化能力均有促进作用。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of chelerythrine on growth performance,immune function and serum antioxidant capacity of Gushi chickens.200 healthy 1-day Gushi chickens were randomly divided into 2 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 25 in each replicate.The blank group was fed with basic diet,and the chelerine group was fed with 100 mg/kg chelerine in basic diet for 28 days.Blood samples were collected from the wing vein on the 14 th and 28 th day for determination of serum biochemical indexes.The results showed that:①in the whole experimental stage,the feed conversion rate of chelerythrine group was significantly lower than that of the blank group(P<0.05).②The indexes of bursa of Fabricius,thymus and spleen in chelerythrine group were higher than those in blank group.③The level of serum IL-2 in chelerythrine group was significantly higher than that in blank group on day 14 and 28(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the level of serum IFN-γbetween the two groups(P>0.05).④On 14 d and 28 d the levels of T-AOC in chelerythrine group were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P<0.05).In conclusion,chelerythrine can promote the growth performance,immunity and serum antioxidant capacity of Gushi chickens.
