P21蛋白表达与正常宫颈组织癌变关系的meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价P21蛋白表达与宫颈组织癌变的关系。方法以关键词"P21waf1、宫颈癌/Cervical Neoplasms"检索数据库Pubmed、Web of Science、Medline、CBMdisc、CNKI、维普中文期刊、万方数据,检索时间自建库至2020年5月,然后运用Revman5.3软件对研究进行分析。结果纳入文献14篇,共1588例受试者,包括正常宫颈组织269例、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)390例,宫颈癌929例。剔除发表偏倚后,P21waf1蛋白表达阳性率的OR值(95%CI)为:宫颈癌组和正常宫颈组17.75(10.87,28.99),宫颈癌组与CIN组1.88(0.97,3.62),CIN组和正常宫颈组6.10(3.03,12.32)。结论 P21蛋白表达上调会促进正常宫颈组织癌变,检测P21蛋白的表达有助于评估宫颈癌的恶性行为和预后。Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between expression of P21 protein and cervical cancer.Methods The key words“P21/waf1,Cervical Cancer/Cervical Neoplasms”were used to retrieve Pubmed,Web of Science,Medline,CBMdisc,CNKI,VIP Chinese Journal,WanFang Data.The retrieval time was from building database to May 2020.Then,Revman5.3 software was used to analyze the study.Results A total of 1588 subjects were included in 14 literatures,including 269 cases of normal cervical tissue,390 cases of CIN and 929 cases of cervical cancer.The OR(95%CI)of the positive rate of P21 protein was as follows:17.75(10.87,28.99)in the cervical cancer group and the normal cervical group,1.88(0.97,3.62)in the cervical cancer group and CIN group,and 6.10(3.03,12.32)in the CIN group and the normal cervical group.Conclusion Detection of P21 protein may be helpful to assess the malignant behavior and prognosis of cervical cancer.
