摘 要:随着自动化和传感器技术的发展,无人化项目层出不穷,尤其是一些重型机械设备的无人化项目,不但可以规避重大安全事故,还可以提高生产的效率。在垃圾焚烧发电行业,垃圾入厂多通过大型的桥式起重机以及液压式抓斗完成转运、堆放、发酵、投炉的任务。垃圾仓地形复杂,操作不慎可能发生撞墙、翻斗、埋斗等事故,给企业带来经济损失,所以自动化垃圾吊的研发势在必行。然而定位精准和垃圾堆地形判断准确是垃圾焚烧发电厂垃圾吊实现自动化、无人化的关键。With the development of automation technology and sensor technology,unmanned projects emerge one after another,especially some unmanned projects of heavy machinery and equipment,which can not only avoid major safety accidents,but also improve production efficiency.In the industry of waste incineration and power generation,most of the incoming waste is transported,stacked,fermented and put into the furnace by large bridge crane and hydraulic grab.Due to the complex terrain of the garbage bin,accidents such as colliding with the wall,tipping bucket and burying bucket may bring economic losses to the enterprise,so the research and development of the automatic garbage crane is imperative.However,the accuracy of positioning and the judgment of the terrain of the garbage heap are the key technologies of the automatic and unmanned garbage crane in the garbage incineration power plant.
