摘 要:风电机组偏航系统是一个时变、多变量、非线性、强耦合的系统,将传统的直投模式用于风电机组偏航系统,很难得到期望的鲁棒性、稳定性等控制性能同时还会造成很严重的机械损耗问题。针对以上问题,以异步电机矢量控制原理为基础,设计了一种无速度传感器电机控制的变频偏航控制系统。该偏航系统采用主动迎风的方式,通过风向传感器获取机舱的相对风向,由DSP控制偏航电机软起动、软停止,从而使偏航控制系统能够自动跟踪风向。试验证明,采用DSP控制电机软起动、软停止,运行精度高、实时性好,系统能准确且快速地使机舱对风,同时减少系统的机械损耗。The wind turbine yaw system is a time-varying,multivariable,non-linear,and strongly coupled system.When the traditional direct-throw mode is used for the wind turbine yaw system,it is difficult to obtain the desired robustness and stability control and it can also cause serious mechanical loss problems.Aiming at the above problems,based on the principle of vector control of asynchronous motors,a variable frequency yaw control system for speed sensorless motor control was designed.An active approach to the wind was adopted by the yaw system.The relative wind direction of the engine room was obtained by the wind direction sensor,and the soft start and stop of the yaw motor were controlled by DSP,so that the yaw control system could automatically track the wind direction.Tests proved that the use of DSP to control the soft start and soft stop of the motor had high operating accuracy and good real-time performance.The system could accurately and quickly make the engine room face the wind while reducing the mechanical loss of the system.
