摘 要:文章以柠檬酸为碳源L-半胱氨酸为修饰剂,采用简易的水热合成法制备出具有高荧光产率的碳量子点。经实验分析发现,在Fe^(3+)存在的情况下,合成的碳量子点可以同时作为荧光探针和共振瑞利散射(RRS)探针检测花旗松素。在最佳实验条件下,Fe^(3+)可以使碳量子点的荧光显著猝灭,同时RRS有一定程度的增强。当向上述体系中再加入花旗松素,发现猝灭体系的荧光得以恢复,且三者共存时RRS强度显著增强。据此,文章通过构建两种光谱法择优检测花旗松素,最后确定以检出限更灵敏、线性范围更宽的RRS光谱法作为快速检测花旗松素的实验方法。在最佳实验条件下,RRS增强的强度与花旗松素的浓度在0.9-160×10^(-7)mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,最低检出限为8.6×10^(-9)mol/L,相关系数为0.9975。且利用本实验方法检测标准样品的含量与出售方标注的高效液相色谱法测定值相比较,以及水样的加标回收实验,均得到了满意的结果。In this paper,citric acid was used as a carbon source L-cysteine as a modifier,and carbon quantum dots with high fluorescence yield were prepared by simple hydrothermal synthesis.The experimental analsis shows that in the presence of Fe^(3+),the synthesized carbon quantum dots can simultaneously detect taxifolin as a fluorescent probe and a resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS)probe.Under the optimal experimental conditions,Fe^(3+)can significantly quench the fluorescence of carbon quantum dots,and RRS intensity has a certain degree of enhancement.When the taxifolin was added to the above system,the fluorescence of the quenching system was recovered,and RRS spectroscopy intensity was significantly enhanced when the three coexisted.Based on this,the article optimized the detection of taxifolin by constructing two kinds of spectroscopy methods,and finally determined RRS spectroscopy method with more sensitive detection limit and wider linear range as the experimental method for rapid detection of taxifolin.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the intensity of RRS enhancement has a good linear relationship with the concentration of taxifolin in the range of 0.9-160×10^(-7)mol/L.The minimum detection limit is 8.6×10^(-9)mol/L,correlation coefficient is 0.9975.And the content of the standard sample detected by the experimental method is compared with the measured value of the high performance liquid chromatography indicated by the seller,and the spiked recovery experiment of the water sample has obtained satisfactory results.
