摘  要:随着农产品安全事故发生频率越来越高,消费者对农产品质量安全越来越重视。藜麦作为一种全营养食品走进了消费者的视野,为保证藜麦质量安全,提高企业信任度,对藜麦进行可溯源管理是一项重要措施。区块链的去中心化、不可篡改与可追溯性,能够保证农产品整个安全信息溯源链上所有数据真实、安全、透明和完整。本文以区块链技术为基础,分析了藜麦从种植到销售各个环节的需求,建立了一套透明可信的藜麦溯源系统,以实现对藜麦从田间到餐桌全过程溯源,进一步保障藜麦的质量安全。With the increasing frequency of agricultural product safety accidents,consumers are paying more and more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products.Quinoa has come into the eyes of consumers as a complete nutritious food.In order to ensure the quality and safety of quinoa and increase the trust of enterprises,traceable management of quinoa is an important measure.The decentralization,immutability and traceability of the blockchain can ensure the authenticity,safety,transparency and integrity of all data on the entire security information traceability chain of agricultural products.Based on blockchain technology,this article analyzes the needs of quinoa from planting to sales,and establishes a transparent and credible quinoa traceability system to realize the traceability of quinoa from the field to the table,and further guarantee The quality and safety of quinoa.
